According to the Dwell On It blog site, the company has applied to use the Fallout title for "Entertainment services in the nature of an on-going television program" and also for "motion picture films about a post-nuclear apocalyptic world." Of course applying for a trademark doesn't mean a Fallout TV show or movie is about to start active production but it seems clear that Bethesda Softworks is at least thinking seriously of making the move to expand their franchise into new area
