In Thursday night's episode, Izzie returns to Grey's Anatomyafter the three-episode hiatus that Katherine Heigl took to shoot a film. Don't get used to her being around, however. Heigl will be taking another leave of absence, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Heigl, 30, is going on a belated maternity leave to spend some time with Naleigh, the daughter she and husband Josh Kelley adopted.
