The Earth is trap between an intergalactic battle between two types foriegn alien machines. The Autobots are on to protect mankink from the devilish plans of the Decepticons. Both types are to transform, hence the name of the Transformers movie, into many different types of technological machines. Even though the characters appear to be unreal or not likely to be in existence, the special effects are truely a step forward in movie making and most fans love the action.

Transformers Movie Reviews & Ratings

John Wirt from Advocate gives Transformers 3 1/2 stars out of 4. He believes Transformers is worth watching.

Michael Philips at the Tribune believes Transformers is an amauter movie that only young kids should enjoy. That is why he only gives it 2 1/2 stars out of 4.

Kevin Williamson, a movie critic from the Sun Media, only gives Transformers 3 out of 5 movie stars. He basically says the movie is nothing more than a bunch robots and humans in dramatic eye appealing violence.

Even with all the violence, the movie is only a PG-13. I guess violence is just looked at with more acceptance these days.

Fans appear to have enjoy the movie quite a bit. Unlike the movie critics, fans from Fandango and Yahoo! Movies give Transformers high marks of excitement. I thought the movie was ok. The storyline reminded me to much of Terminator 1, 2 & 3.
